If you would like to purchase multiple items and ship them to two or more different addresses, please place different orders for the different addresses. Each order will have its own shipping charge based on the delivery location.
Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice at your specified shipping address before they inform us that your package is not deliverable. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package during delivery hours, or provide accurate contact information for coordination.
Changes in shipping address can only be made within 6 hours of placing the order. No changes will be made once the order is dispatched, even if the order is shipped within 6 hours from the time of order. In case of any unavoidable situation where you have to change the address after the dispatch, there will be an additional charge for the amendment.
If an order is returned to our facility due to an address issue (e.g., incorrect address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts), no refund will be issued. Instead, customers will have the option to have the order reshipped to a corrected address. Reshipping will require payment of a partial amount from the original order value, along with the shipping charge for the replacement shipment.
Orders once shipped are not eligible for returns. Please ensure all delivery details are correct before confirming your order.
