We have partnered with reliable courier services to ship all orders with utmost care and shorter delivery lead times across Sri Lanka.

All orders received at thamizhpazhangudi.com will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders received on Fridays may take up to 68 hours to dispatch as most delivery services may have limited operations during weekends.

We deliver across all provinces and districts of Sri Lanka. Each region has different shipping charges and delivery times based on location and accessibility.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary by location within Sri Lanka. Each district and region has different shipping rates based on distance, accessibility, and delivery complexity. Please note that shipping charges are subject to change and may increase based on fuel costs, courier service rates, and other operational factors.

The exact shipping charge for your location will be calculated and displayed during checkout before you submit payment. Shipping charges will be clearly mentioned for each delivery location.

Delivery Times by Region

Delivery times vary depending on your location within Sri Lanka. Below are the estimated delivery times for different regions:

Note: The processing time will vary during festive seasons (such as Pongal, Deepavali, and other major Tamil festivals), which will be mentioned to customers prior to checkout or during the checkout process. Delivery times may also be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Multiple Addresses

If you would like to purchase multiple items and ship them to two or more different addresses, please place different orders for the different addresses. Each order will have its own shipping charge based on the delivery location.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice at your specified shipping address before they inform us that your package is not deliverable. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package during delivery hours, or provide accurate contact information for coordination.

Address Amendments

Changes in shipping address can only be made within 6 hours of placing the order. No changes will be made once the order is dispatched, even if the order is shipped within 6 hours from the time of order. In case of any unavoidable situation where you have to change the address after the dispatch, there will be an additional charge for the amendment.

If an order is returned to our facility due to an address issue (e.g., incorrect address provided by the customer, failed delivery attempts), no refund will be issued. Instead, customers will have the option to have the order reshipped to a corrected address. Reshipping will require payment of a partial amount from the original order value, along with the shipping charge for the replacement shipment.

Orders Once Shipped

Orders once shipped are not eligible for returns. Please ensure all delivery details are correct before confirming your order.

Product Packaging

All products are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use appropriate packaging materials to protect fragile items like cookies, macaroons, and other delicate snacks during transit.
